What currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed are in € Euros .
What if I need to change my order?
Please contact info@elenakougianou.com within five hours, if you need to change your order. Once we have shipped your order, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact info@elenakougianou.com.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Delivery
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact info@elenakougianou.com right away.
What shipping service do you use?
For shipments within Greece, Geniki Taxydromiki 1-2 working days for 5€ flat fee its included in the total fee.
For shipments within Europe, DHL 2 - 4 working days its 15€ flat fee its included in the total fee.
In the rest of the world within 5-7 working days, transportation costs depends at the country of shipping address.
General delivery information
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 4 PM PST will be processed that day and ship within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your package in 2 days with our standard shipping option. For any additional information please contact us info@elenakougianou.com.
